I really felt the consultants at Frog Recruitment really took the time to listen to my career goals and objectives and were very professional. I was kept well informed and given lots of constructive feedback through out the whole process. For this reason i didn't need to think long when looking to refer her to a recruitment consultant. In my dealings with Frog I have always found them very professional, friendly and most importantly understood my needs. Selena I received a link email from Frog in December regarding CPA Free Seminar and assessment. I attended this talk on 23rd Dec and was assessed as being able to commence the CPA programme. This time around I wanted to take a different approach to securing the next step in my career, having being left disheartened and dissatisfied in my past experiences with the recruitment industry. After meeting with close to ten recruiters from Auckland's leading agencies I was beginning to feel much the same as I had previously. Then I had the pleasure of meeting with Linda Budd. Linda was a breath of fresh air both professionally and personally. Linda treated me as a brand. Not once did Linda send me inappropriate roles, all roles were carefully considered and suited my strengths. Instead of taking the scatter gun approach and flooding the market with my CV hoping to snag a deal, Linda went out and pitched me to businesses that were not currently employing or even thinking about employing. Linda's skills and style allowed me secure the perfect next step in my career and life. My new role is everything I asked for, perfectly suited to my abilities and most of all fulfills the exact type of culture I desired, it's perfect. Working with Linda was exciting and inspiring and has changed my once negative perception of the recruitment industry. Phenomenal recruiters do exist and I'll spread the word. Will Working as a Frog Temp was great, so easy and hassle free. Keri placed me in a fantastic position that allowed me to learn and develop and work with a wonderful team of people. I found Frog Recruitment when I was looking for a job last year. Just thought I would drop you a line to give you some feedback about my recent contact with Frog. I applied for a role that Piper was managing and although I wasn't right for the role, I had an excellent candidate experience. Piper was communicative, kept me informed, and was very pleasant to deal with. I have thanked her but wanted to let you know that I appreciated dealing with such a professional agency - you seem to be able to attract very good people to work with you and make Frog such a successful agency. I do keep an eye on the roles that are vacant through SEEK and other websites and I have had some knowledge of Frog Recruitment and I have always really loved the name and brand. As you know I had planned to complete the MBA first before looking for executive roles, but this opportunity was too good to pass up. I was impressed by Frog on several fronts. The initial interview was conducted at my convenience and Piper, you ensured that we had ample time to complete the interview. In fact I feel a little guilty at taking so much of your time. You were great with following up and getting more information to fill in the gaps, and we had contact most days in the initial stages. But, the most helpful thing to me was the advice you gave regarding the interview panel discussion.

Piper is very good at her job - but you probably already know that! She is not tied to the set question/answer format of an interview because she has better skills than that! Questions around such subjects as initiative and conflict resolution can be easily fudged with pre-prepared answers. She does not need this structure to feel comfortable and instead shows a more creative approach.

Thank you for your response Katrina. I have been experiencing the lull in the market at the moment and therefore understand exactly what you are talking about. It was, however, very encouraging to me that you took the time to respond to me and explain this. You are probably the first agent that has taken the time to do this and I think it's a good testament to yourself as an agent and to your agency.
The team at FROG are very helpful, even people I have had no dealings with know that I am a 'FROG temp' when I call and they ask my name, a very personal touch which makes a huge difference.
