Kathy McCombe joined the Frog team after a 16 year tenure as CEO of the Workchoice Trust. 
As a recruitment veteran, Kathy worked as a consultant for many years before deciding take the helm of the Workchoice Trust, whose goal is to connect secondary school students with promising careers.

Due to her longstanding relationship with Frog, Kathy decided to join the team as the General Manager of Development and Solutions. She’s excited about how new technologies are impacting traditional recruitment models, and wants to tackle these new opportunities with a team of savvy minded Frogs.
 
Kathy’s passion for industry growth, and a healthy interest in developing talent, means that she applies a natural gravitas to business development and growing organisations through optimising talent decisions.  The longevity of Kathy’s relationships is testament to her strong relationship-focussed orientation and commitment to providing quality service.

Outside of work, Kathy is an active body who enjoys healthy living.  She attends regular charity walking events; her lifestyle affording her plenty of fresh air and exercise.
