Introducing Niamh O'Loughlin

Welcome Niamh O'Loughlin to our Temp Team here at Frog!

Working closely with the Frog Temporary Staffing Team, Niamh is the first point of contact for Frog temps. Interviewing and liaising with candidates is all in a day’s work for Niamh, who takes dealing with high volumes of candidates in her stride.

Sporting an Honours Degree in Marketing & Event Management, Niamh has a colourful background in a range of roles throughout customer service and recruitment.  Her previous experience in recruitment, mixed with her outgoing style, makes her ideal for this role.

Niamh enjoys working in recruitment as she likes the sense of helping people get started in the right roles. She thinks of interviews rather like informal chats, trying to uncover what it is about a person that makes them tick. A natural ‘people-person’, Niamh enjoys the interaction she has with our candidates on a day to day basis. No day is ever the same.

Originally of Irish descent, Niamh has been travelling around Australia and New Zealand for quite some time, and loves the culture and can-do attitude of the people of New Zealand
