Welcome to Paul Brophy, the latest addition to Frog Recruitment’s growing contracting arm. Working as a Client Services Manager, Paul looks forward to immersing himself in the contracting industry to connect clients with candidates.

With 7 years of Business Development experience, Paul is no stranger to partnering with organizations and building long-term relationships. Having applied his account management skills across multiple industries such as retail, FMCG and non-profit, and having won several top salesperson awards, he knows a thing or two about client service. The dynamic and changing nature of the contracting market is the next challenge Paul looks forward to, and sees it as an exciting opportunity to utilize his skills across this fast-paced industry.

One of Paul’s previous employers is his biggest professional influence, where a ‘can do’ attitude and a confidence in ability rubbed off on him. Professionally, Paul describes himself as relationship orientated and enjoys building long-term networks, and has an impressive working history in support of that. 

So why choose Frog?  Paul believes that Frog reflects the values he himself seeks in his own life, namely honesty, hard work and respect, but also having fun while he’s at it.  The dynamic atmosphere and the funky offices is also a bonus!

On the internet, Paul enjoys keeping up to date with social media, as he finds it important to keep up with the way in which societies are changing their communication methods.  He’s an avid LinkedIn and Facebook user and has recently tried his hand at Twitter, but is still learning the Tweeting ropes. Recently he’s been influenced by UK-based online recruiting expert Bill Boorman, and admires the way in which he’s used social media to recruit but still used the basics to guide his strategies.

Outside of work Paul grapples with two young children, but in his quiet moments enjoys listening to music and hunting down the tunes to make him tick.
