Frog Code of Professional Conduct
We undertake the following:

To observe a high standard of ethics and professional conduct.

To declare any potential conflict of interest to the client before agreeing to take the recruitment brief.

To ensure all fees and services provided are fully understood by the client prior to any work being undertaken by the client.

To respect the confidentiality of any information about the client or candidate and take reasonable steps to maintain the privacy of candidate and client information.

To only advertise permanent positions for which we have permission to recruit.

Maintain the anonymity of the client until clearance for disclosure has been given.

Not refer any candidate’s details to a client until the candidate has been contacted and permission received.

To comply with all legal, statutory and government requirements.

Not induce a candidate to leave a client company under any circumstances if a fee has been previously received.

To maintain regular contact with both the client and candidate during the recruitment process.

To not retain any information about the client or candidate that might influence the other’s decision.

Those candidates will be given objective and professional feedback following interviews with clients, be treated with dignity and respect at all times, and be constructively provided feedback as appropriate.

To undertake references on candidates in an objective and professional manner.

That any client company involved in regular retained recruitment assignments with Frog will be deemed out of bounds for any search activity.
