Contractor Placement

Challenge: 

In August of 2010, Frog Recruitment’s Contracting team interviewed an exceptionally skilled Contractor. This Contractor was well-rounded, highly presentable, and able to hit the ground running.

Solution: 

Frog realised the opportunity for this Contractor to add outstanding value to our clients immediately, so referred the Contractor to a client on the same day as the interview. The Contractor started working with our client less than one week later, and after that Frog secured him a further two contracts. This not only kept him in almost continual employment but ensured his loyalty and availability to both Frog and our client.

Client feedback was so positive that the Contractor was awarded Frog’s Contractor of the Month award of recognition for his exceptional analytical skills ability to work complex systems which made him an ideal fit with our client. In his final contract, the client was so impressed with his performance that they offered him a permanent position within their organisation.
