Targeted Candidate Marketing

Challenge:

An exceptionally talented candidate made contact with Frog Recruitment in March 2011. Linda Budd, specialist recruiter in the print, packaging and labels industry, unfortunately did not have a role perfectly suited to the candidate at the time. However, Linda recognized the candidate’s outstanding talent in the industry and was eager to work together to help place the candidate in the perfect role.

Solution: 

Linda’s approach was to market the candidate’s personal brand to prospective employers. Working together, they identified organisations and roles that would best suit the candidate, and soon Linda organised meetings with preferred employers. This enabled the candidate to retain their confidentiality and look for work ‘under the radar’ via Linda’s expertise.
