Video Position Description for New Zealand College of Fitness

THE BRIEF

New Zealand College of Fitness (NZCF) had been trying without success, for some months, to fill 2 vacancies for Sales Consultants for their Albany campus. The position is focused on enrolling students at the college to gain a personal trainer qualification, and was proving to be extremely difficult to recruit for. Frog was engaged to scope the role and devise an attraction scheme to create strong candidate flows.

THE SOLUTION

We could see the organisation, being so vibrant and high energy, needed to portray the ‘essence of the role’ and the unique benefits, by way of a video job ad to make the position ‘jump out’ at the job seeker.

KEY OUTCOMES
