Customer Service

The Customer Service solution is intended for use in entry level, face-to-face customer service positions (i.e., not call centre).   Sample tasks for these jobs include, but are not limited to: providing potential customers with information about products, resolving customer complaints about a product, and completing transactions with customers.  Potential job titles that use this solution are: Customer Service Representative, Retail Associate, and Cashier.
