“Sharon works for Frog in the Finance Team ensuring all our temps and contractors get paid. Not only does she run a very smooth operation in payroll, but she is also a talented and determined credit controller! She brings to our company a depth of knowledge and experience gained from both permanent and contracting roles and we, quite frankly, wouldn’t know what to do without her.
Sharon is a contractor with Frog and not a permanent member of staff by choice, she prefers to run her own business and enjoys working with a variety of clients over her working week - otherwise we would keep her for ourselves!
Lastly, and I guess why she is so special to us, is because of her friendly disposition (even for a credit controller)! Nothing is ever a problem for Sharon. Congratulations to John Woolley!
John originally went into Warehouse Stationery as a Marketing Manager on a part time basis for two months to keep things ticking over while permanent recruitment was carried out for several key roles – including the role he was filling in for. Three months down the track John has proved how flexible and adaptable he is as a contractor, extending his hours into full time and continuing on in the role until an appointment had been made to this position.
John has a wealth of experience in marketing in the retail sector, development of retail strategies, extensive promotional and advertising programmes – including retailer lead value added schemes while also managing the complex franchise relationships between suppliers, head offices and stores – skills and knowledge that not only has been put to good use in recent months but also made him the best contractor for the role!
Here at Frog we know John is calm under pressure, a hard negotiator, strategic and, very importantly ethical in his approach. He is well liked and respected by all those that he works with both in contracting and permanent, but also directly and indirectly….well done John.

Karen went above and beyond the call of duty! She is working massive hours in support of an organisation gearing up for the world cup, when she was only meant to be on a working holiday but hasn’t done any of that. Karen came to Frog as her first port of call off the plane and was sent out to work the very same week! Greatly appreciated by the client, Karen carries out everything with a smile, wicked sense of humour and a high level of professionalism.

Congratulations to Dave Hopkins!
Dave is a consummate Contractor and has added huge value to the company/s he is currently working at. Dave was brought in to add some serious help & grunt to a project. He did so with style and aplomb. The GM of the business has commented that Dave lifted the game of everyone in that team – showed them how it could be done, and very importantly their client could not have been happier.
Dave has been so good that another part of the business asked for him to help them as well. Everyone we talk to in the business knows Dave and can’t talk highly enough of him.

Contractor of the Month - January 2011
Claire has been nominated from a couple of sources for “Contractor of the Month”….And here’s the story why;
Claire has been working for a very prestigious organization for a number of months and was coming up to her time to finish, so had arranged to head off to Oz..The client was very sad to see her go, as were we, but Claire was off on her next adventure.
However a bit of a spanner was thrown in the mix - the new person who was coming in to take over the position on a more permanent basis was a bit delayed in being able to start and do a hand over with Claire..As they were finishing an assignment and didn’t want to land that client in it.
Claire who was planning a bit of a holiday in NZ before heading out to Oz, treated this issue in the consummate professional manner that she is… and moved her flights, and in doing so sacrificed her holiday here to enable a smooth transition for the client. Claire is now working right up to the last possible minute and takes a flight the following morning. Claire has gone above and beyond and we, the client and the new person are very grateful.
Claire we all thank you and we are all going to miss you!

Natalie McKenzie
Natalie has been instrumental in helping a company with attracting the key talent it needed to move in a new direction. She has also worked remotely which also brings challenges. However the CEO’s feedback has been nothing but fantastic. Our client is extremely impressed by her and the work she has done for his company…. and he isn’t the type of person to give praise lightly!
