Frog Recruitment recently questioned senior managers representing over 61,000 employees, across 67 businesses about a range of workforce topics. 

2018 survey results showed an improvement in business preparedness over 2017, but there still remains a number who fall ‘behind the 8-ball’ preferring to operate in a business-as-usual manner.  This uncertainly is creating angst, or even paralysis in the meeting rooms and confidential talking couches of organisations across New Zealand, however one thing we all know for sure, is that there is no choice but to adapt.
