Are you an experienced, enthusiastic Architect, Architectural Technician or Technologist or Part 2 looking to join a small, creative studio where your input truly matters?
People2people are recruiting for a friendly, small RIBA-chartered architecture practice based near Tulse Hill, who are currently working on a diverse mix of exciting projects – theatre experiences, to high-end private residential refurbishments, and unique design-led spaces like gardens and club/restaurants.

This practice are looking for someone to join them full-time in the studio(they don’t offer remote working), ideally living within an easy commute of Tulse Hill. That said, they are open to part-time hours and offer flexibility, and welcome applications from parents returning to the workplace. Above all, they are passionate about supporting a healthy work-life balance.

The Role:
You’ll be producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages for tender and building regulations approval. The immediate focus is luxury refurbishment of a private residence, so experience in residential construction is highly valued.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD(they don’t use Revit)
Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction
A proactive, self-starting attitude – someone who can hit the ground running
Someone positive and collaborative who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
Based locally or within a manageable commute of Tulse Hill
