Senior FP&A Analyst

Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Financial Planning Analyst who thrives on partnering with leaders, shaping financial insights, and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives.
This role sits within a collaborative corporate services environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, forecasting and modelling that underpins long-term planning. If you enjoy being the go-to person for clarity, insight and structure, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

Partnering with General Managers and Project Leaders to track investments, performance, milestones and KPIs
Delivering clear, meaningful commentary for monthly and quarterly business reviews
Preparing and enhancing weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and management reports
Developing forecast models, supporting strategic planning cycles and strengthening business plans
Contributing to governance, ensuring initiatives align with approved budgets, frameworks and assumptions
Supporting accounting processes such as income deferrals, accruals and cost allocations
Providing ad hoc analysis that helps leaders make confident, informed decisions

What you’ll bring

5+ years’ commercial finance, FP&A or business analysis experience
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and work with complex models
Confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Sharp financial acumen, strong attention to detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset
Experience with SAP and/or Oracle PBCS (highly regarded)
Excellent written communication, particularly when crafting commentary for reports and leadership updates
