We’re looking for a mature, warm, empathetic and non-judgemental professional to step into the shoes of the current incumbent, who has just been promoted to your awesome new team leader.
You’ll take care of our customers from start to finish, booking in referrals from medical clinicians, collaborating with each customer to find the right product solution for their needs, fitting their garments and accessories, and supporting existing customers with their repeat orders.
It’s a role that will take you from the phone and fitting rooms to the warehouse and invoicing — and everywhere in between. Which is why we’re looking for proven customer service, administration and MS Office skills, backed by strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people of all ages, cultures and circumstances.
