You’ll develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s strategy, developing, and implementing a HR strategy that will ensure its successful delivery. Collaborating with your internal customers to meet their business needs is critical, alongside enhancing the employee experience and preparing a sound workforce strategy for the future.
The Group has 300+ staff, across multiple sites and a variety of sectors, giving you plenty of opportunities to questioning the status quo, recommending process improvements and lead change.
Key to your success, will be your ability to nurture, coach and develop your team to provide exceptional HR support services, inspiring them with your pragmatic approach, ability to think outside the box and embodiment of the organisational values.
