Temporary Repair and Inventory coordinator position starting ASAP
Based in Mount Wellington - Free car park outside
Looking for someone for around 6 months - ongoing

The Repair and Inventory Coordinator Position:

Coordinate and support the team on equipment repairs, returns and bookings for both internal and external customers. Day to day you will liaise and network with medical professionals.
Handle customers over the phone with enquiries and any other issues
Enter work orders onto their SAP system - ensuring that the seriel number entered is connected to the right hospital
Liaise with the technicians and the sales reps to ensure their is a streamlined service
Liaise with your Australian counterparts to get the equipment needed for the hospitals such as demos

The Profile:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who wants to get ahead. You will look forward to the chance to learn about the business while you build your skills in a variety of areas. Key qualities:

Ideally you will have previous experience working with product repairs and/or inventory
Have an interest for the technical aspect as the company are happy to upskill and train you to get you involved with the hands on repairs
Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously - sometimes you will be in the workshop on your own so you will need to a self starter
Highly developed customer service and problem resolution skills
Advanced communication skills to work with a diverse range of internal and external customers and colleagues - you will need to liase with internal staff, your austrialian counterparts and medical teams
