As a Talentologist, Aimee is an integral member of the Business Support Services team. Here, she curates the recruitment and on-boarding of temporary and permanent candidates for the team and artfully balancing the pace of our clients with the needs of the candidates she interacts with.

Add sourcing talent, candidate care programmes, assisting career-seekers with their career search, interviewing, full compliance management, health and safety accreditation… and we can see why Aimee describes every day as; “sparkling and zesty.”

From New Zealand to London and back home again [yes, her Mum was delighted!] and boasting know-how in teaching, administration, sales, customer service and data quality, Aimee has a store of experience to utilise.

An adventurer at heart, Aimee is happy to push herself outside her comfort zone. She embraces travelling, exploring new places, and jumping right into all water and snow sports.
