Developing close internal and external relationships with our clients, contractors and temporaries is paramount to Valerie’s role. 

From managing Payroll for our client and contractor community to being the go-to person for the smooth running of Frog HQ, we thank our lucky stars we have Valerie on our team!

It all happens with active and proactive communication which is where Valerie can’t help but shine. ‘It’s her thing’.

Hailing from the UK, our resident Brit has bucket-loads of Office Management, PA, and marketing support experience behind her. Having worked across industries ranging from high-end furniture distributors, entrepreneurs, marketing agencies, newspapers and most recently recruitment – it’s fair to say, Valerie is one incredibly adaptable gal.    

With a ‘right first time’ approach, Valerie is intense about her role as PA to Jane Kennelly and Group Administrator. When joining the team at Frog, Valerie says; “From the moment I was offered my position at Frog, I felt like I was joining a family! The culture is open with a big emphasis on growth, development and personal wellbeing. And everyone has each other’s interests at heart which gives us the motivation and confidence to do our job in the best possible way.”

With a philosophy of ‘A little progress each day leads to great results’ across all aspects of her life, outside of work Valerie is an avid weight lifter being passionate about keeping fit and healthy, an animal lover, a talented celebration cake creator and loves exploring parts of New Zealand!
