Administrator
This role will be for a minimum of 6 months with the view to go longer term. It is based in Caringbah, a short walk from the train station or has onsite parking.
About the Role
As an administrator, you will work closely with the Make Safe Manager to ensure the smooth coordination of emergency repairs and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities include job allocations, customer and trade liaison, report creation, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and manage new work orders efficiently
Coordinate with clients and trade professionals to schedule and track jobs
Maintain accurate job progress records and generate reports
Process invoices and ensure timely billing
Assist the Make Safe Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an administration or coordination role (ideally within construction, insurance, or trade services)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management systems
