Senior Accounts Officer - Crestmead
The Role
Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Full function Accounts Payable processing
- Ensure all invoices are processed in SAP with the correct authority for approvals
- Credit card reconciliations and managing employee expenses
- Banking, receipting and allocating of payments
- Manual payment of invoices for direct debit accounts
- Processing inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Reconciling GL accounts and posting journals
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, AR, AP, Journals)
- A strong attention to detail and well developed organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Well developed problem solving and reconciliations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Business partnering across the wider business
- SAP experience and Intermediate Excel highly regarded
