Warehouse Compliance Officer

About the role:
This position is responsible for the coordination, control and compliance of all scrapping activities conducted by the Returns operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to local and HQ processes, policies and procedures
Raise all necessary approvals to initiate scrapping activities
Monitor preparation of scrapping loads in accordance to approved manifests
Validate the deserialization of product for scrap. Collect physical/electronic evidence of same
Verify loading to approved manifests
Capture and verify seals at departure and receiving locations
Report any and all incidents of non-compliance, discrepancy
Maintain scrapping register detailing milestones and status
Report to management weekly on scrapping activities and pending status

About YOU:

Strong work ethic
Ability to build a report for both internal and external customers to be able to have work completed
Overall understanding in warehouse management
