Pet Refuge was our Charity of the Year in 2021 for our NZ TOP DOG campaign, and was promoted across our social media, email campaign and website.
Victims wanting to leave abusive situations often have to delay leaving out of fear for their pet's safety as they can't take them with them when seeking refuge.
Pet Refuge provides temporary shelter and cares for pets affected by domestic violence, keeping them safe while their owners escape abuse.
