Accounts Payable Officer

A global Technology company based in Virginia require the urgent assistance of an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with Oracle (cloud) experience to assist with a back log of invoices and a system integration. You will love the modern offices, great team and a positive professional environment.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

Verifying invoices and updating data
Matching purchase orders and coding invoices
Managing the payment runs
Dealing with Supplier queries
Assisting in system transition

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

Experienced in full function Accounts Payable
Must have Oracle ERP system experience
A strong attention to detail
Well developed communication skills
