Business Development Specialist – WA (Perth, Hybrid)

A leading Australian medical insurance provider is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their WA team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in business development, sales, or client engagement within a supportive, member-focused organisation.

What You’ll Do:

Support the WA team in growing the member base and strengthening relationships with existing members
Represent the organisation at industry events and build relationships with medical students and early-career doctors
Plan, coordinate, and deliver WA-based events, including liaising with venues, suppliers, speakers, and internal teams
Provide operational support to help achieve state sales growth targets
Gather market and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with colleagues to drive results and continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in business development, sales, account management, or client engagement, ideally within healthcare, medical insurance, or related sectors
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact
