The Company
Our client Cohen Handler is Australia’s most recognised and trusted name in buyer advocacy. The company specialises in transforming the property buying journey through personalised guidance, strategic market insight, and exceptional client service. With a strong national footprint, Cohen Handler is now focused on expanding its team and presence in Perth. We are seeking two outstanding Buyers Agents to support the existing team through this exciting growth phase.

The Role
We’re looking for two driven Buyers Agents to help grow our Perth-based office. This is a rare opportunity to become a foundational member of a well-supported local team, backed by the resources and reputation of a respected national brand. Far more than a typical sales role, this is a strategic leadership opportunity involving:

Growing your own client portfolio
Developing deep and trusted relationships
Playing a key role in the expansion of our presence across Perth

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage client acquisition and retention through high-touch, end-to-end buyer advocacy
Identify and shortlist properties aligned with client needs and goals
Represent clients at inspections and auctions
Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and stakeholders
Negotiate purchases to deliver exceptional outcomes
Contribute to the strategic development of the Perth team

Skills & Experience

Well-developed network and knowledge of the Perth property market
Background in real estate, property sales, or buyer advocacy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
Strong motivation to grow with a dynamic, expanding business
Certificate IV in Property
Flexibility to attend after-hours and weekend inspections as needed
