Customer Service Officer
dedicated team supporting a large member base of over 32,000 people. In this role,
you will be reaching out to members to check in on their needs, provide support around
their membership, and assist with any payment arrangements, all while delivering a
warm, respectful experience.
What You Will Be Doing
• Making outbound calls to members to see if they wish to continue or opt out of
their membership
• Listening with understanding and kindness, especially when members decide
not to continue
• Assisting with payment arrangements in a supportive and respectful manner
• Working towards achievable daily goals (around 60 calls and 5+ payments)
• Sending follow-up communication via email and SMS
• Using systems like Salesforce, Excel, and internal platforms to keep accurate
records
• Completing a few hours of training to help you feel confident in your role
What We Are Looking For
• A genuine, compassionate communicator who enjoys connecting with others
• Comfortable talking with people who may have complex health needs
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or support roles is valued
• Confidence using Excel and learning new systems
• Ability to commit to consistent hours each week
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to
obtain)
