Customer Success Specialist
The client we are working with, a rapidly expanding organisation in the health technology sector, are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering long-term engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively, educate, and build strong relationships will be key to driving success.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage & Onboard New Customers – Provide a warm welcome and guide customers through the setup process, ensuring they understand the company’s services and how to use them effectively.
- Client Matching & Support – Proactively assist customers in finding the right service providers based on their unique needs.
- Sales & Growth – Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and refer customers to relevant services within the company’s network.
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries to enhance the overall experience.
- Continuous Learning – Stay informed on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices to better support customers.
- Customer-focused approach – You put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Sales mindset – You have experience in sales, account management, or customer success with a track record of achieving targets.
- Communication skills – You can explain complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Problem-solving abilities – You think on your feet and find solutions.
- Industry knowledge (preferred) – Experience in consumer businesses, technology, disability, or aged care sectors is a plus.
- Competitive Salary & Incentives
– Salary plus a minimum of $6k per quarter OTE.
