Our client:
 
People2people have partnered with a progressive and fast growing Australian owned organisation who have a proud history in building a strong property portfolio comprising of both retail (hospitality) and commercial assets and development sites within Australia and New Zealand. With further expansion on the cards they are growing their HR team!
 
The role:
 
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be providing guidance and support to regional sites in relation to the full employee lifecycle.  Working within a strong, collaborative and supportive HR team, you will be assisting with enquiries, grievance management, performance management / review as well as assisting with developing policies / procedures and frameworks. Experience and or exposure to ER / IR would be beneficial.
 
Selection criteria:
 

• Tertiary qualification in HR / related fields coupled with experience in generalist HR related role
• Proven track record in providing HR advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and people skills
• High attention to detail with a customer centric problem-solving approach
• Thorough understanding and knowledge with legislation and awards’
