The opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide end to end internal recruitment support to a state based business unit. You will work closely with hiring managers, delivering a high impact and value add recruitment service while supporting workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
This role is based in a Perth CBD office location.
Key responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and deliver on resourcing requirements
• Attend resourcing and workforce planning meetings as the key recruitment contact
• Stay up to date with market trends to ensure effective sourcing strategies
• Provide market insights and candidate intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Develop proactive and creative attraction strategies for targeted campaigns
• Use data and insights to inform recruitment outcomes
• Contribute to broader talent acquisition projects across the organisation
About you
• Proven experience sourcing technical and field based roles
• Strong capability in direct sourcing, market mapping and engaging passive candidates
• Solid understanding of recruitment and HR best practice
• A proactive, resilient self starter who can manage multiple requisitions
• Collaborative, adaptable and confident in influencing stakeholders.
