Junior Solicitor

A respected boutique practice is looking to welcome a junior lawyer into its growing Insurance / Litigation practice. This role focuses primarily on Workers’ Compensation and CTP matters, offering hands-on file work and real courtroom exposure from day one.This opportunity suits a newly admitted lawyer (0-2 years PAE) with sharp attention to detail, a genuine interest in insurance law, and an eagerness to learn in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting advice, pleadings and court documents
Assisting with file management across insurance matters
Attending hearings and liaising with clients, counsel and experts
Conducting legal research and preparing witness statements
Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
Opportunity to do Pro Bono work 1-2 days a week
