Lawyer (2+PAE) - Workers Compensation / CTP (Syd or Newcastle)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer or Associate to join the firm’s Statutory Insurance team, with roles available in Sydney and Newcastle. The successful candidate will work across Workers’ Compensation and/or CTP matters, depending on their experience, managing their own files with partner supervision and contributing to a collegiate and high-performing team. This is a growth role within a well-established practice, offering clear career development pathways.
The Candidate
The team is open to hearing from candidates with:
- At least 2 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury litigation;
- Background in either Workers’ Compensation or CTP (plaintiff or defendant experience considered);
- Strong technical and drafting skills with attention to detail;
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
