Member Services Specialist
The Role
- Act as first point of contact for members via phone and email (30–50 calls per day).
- Handle enquiries relating to policies, billings, and payments.
- Update and maintain member records across internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall member experience.
About You
- Strong background in customer service, reception, call centre, or member services.
- Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using multiple computer systems; accurate with data entry and detail.
- Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn.
