Paralegal - Immigration
The Role:
You will work closely with our London-based partners and US legal teams to provide first-class immigration advice and case management to high-profile corporate and individual clients. With full autonomy and the backing of a world-class brand, you will leverage your existing client relationships whilst also expanding new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, from corporate sponsorships to individual visas and citizenship applications.
- Maintain and grow your existing client portfolio, bringing in new instructions and opportunities.
- Liaise directly with clients, US attorneys, and internal teams to ensure seamless case delivery.
- Provide strategic immigration advice to senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure all compliance, ethical, and professional obligations are met.
- Significant experience as an Immigration Paralegal in a US law firm environment.
- Strong, demonstrable portable client book and proven track record of client retention.
- Deep understanding of immigration processes, legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent client-handling, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the growth of the London practice.
- £100,000+ base salary with uncapped earning potential linked to your book of business.
