Part Time Sales Administrator


  • Part Time Sales Administrator
  • 10 month contract with potential extension
  • Upto $70k plus super (Full Time Equivalent)
 
This is a newly created 4 day part-time role designed to strengthen and streamline the sales function. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll manage defined sales support and coordination activities that keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. Acting as the connection point between Sales, Suppliers and Event Producers, you’ll handle essential administration so the sales team can focus on clients, strategy and converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, assessing and qualifying requests
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability and options
  • Prepare accurate quotes, costings and budgets using Microsoft tools
  • Develop professional sales proposal and presentation decks in Canva
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing, margin, product and supplier information across Sales and Operations
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a willingness to take initiative
  • Interested in sales, events or client-facing environments, with experience in administration, coordination or sales support considered an advantage
  • Experience using Canva to create professional presentations is highly regarded, along with a positive attitude, reliability and eagerness to learn
