People Services Business Partner - Defence Projects
South East Melbourne | $94k + super

We are working with out client to seek a People Services Business Partner to support major defence-related projects with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people management.

In this role, you’ll:

Partner with leaders on workforce planning and resourcing needs
Drive end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Provide HR advice across policies, performance management, and employee lifecycle matters
Use data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
Build strong stakeholder relationships while coaching leaders on people management capability

About you:

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
Substantial experience in HR/people services, ideally in complex environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR generalist advisory work
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines

Additional requirements:

You will be required to work across multiple sites, including Hastings (2 days per week) and Dandenong (1 day per week).
As this role supports Defence projects, you must be an Australian Citizen.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo Baseline Security Clearance.
