Project Finance - AR and Regional Recoveries

Join a high-performing finance team supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure program. We’re looking for an experienced Project Finance professional to lead the AR and cost recovery processes across regional construction operations including labour, plant, fleet, and training. This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a joint venture environment, for a 6-month duration and a view to go permanent for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

Own and deliver monthly billing and revenue processes across MSWO, TSC, and D&C streams
Lead cost recovery analysis and month-end reporting for regional plant and labour
Partner with commercial, construction, and finance stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy
Support audit readiness and contribute to leadership reporting

What you’ll need:

5+ years’ experience in project or management accounting
Deep experience in AR, cost recovery, and project-based financial reporting
Comfortable working with fragmented systems and data
An analytical, solutions-focused mindset
Passion for automation (Power BI, Power Query, Complex excel modelling) desirable
