The Role
As a Legal Receptionist, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while supporting the wider team across the firm. This is a varied role that will keep you engaged with colleagues at all levels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
- Managing the main phone line, including answering, directing calls, and taking messages
- Maintaining a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception area
- Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
- Assisting with catering and tea and coffee services, ensuring supplies are well stocked
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing administrative support and assisting with overflow tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine team-focused approach
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
