The Firm

The Role
As a Legal Receptionist, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while supporting the wider team across the firm. This is a varied role that will keep you engaged with colleagues at all levels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
Managing the main phone line, including answering, directing calls, and taking messages
Maintaining a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception area
Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
Assisting with catering and tea and coffee services, ensuring supplies are well stocked
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Providing administrative support and assisting with overflow tasks as required

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and a genuine team-focused approach
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
