Regional Sales Manager
Location: Perth-based, covering WA & South Australia (with limited NT responsibility)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the automotive and industrial products sector for a Regional Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing markets, and representing quality products.
The Role
- Manage and grow sales across WA and South Australia
- Build strong relationships with retail and distribution partners
- Identify promotional and display opportunities in-store
- Deliver product training and staff support
- Attend trade events and support marketing initiatives
- Provide regular sales reports and insights
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in sales or business development (automotive, industrial, tools, or FMCG backgrounds considered)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident presenting to groups
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
