Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry, and is looking for a Revenue Growth Analyst to join their ecommerce team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, quantifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities. You'll serve as the independent voice of data-driven growth strategy, providing unbiased insights that guide critical business decisions and drive measurable impact on our bottom line. This role is essential in moving beyond traditional price and promotion strategies to discover sophisticated revenue drivers and competitive advantages within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and quantify new revenue growth opportunities across our ecommerce ecosystem.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into market competitiveness, uncovering gaps and expansion opportunities.
- Provide independent, unbiased assessment of initiative effectiveness across sales, marketing, and operations team.
- Analyse channel profitability and cost structures to maximise return on investment.
- Develop sophisticated models to understand drivers of value.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify competitive threats and opportunities.
- Connect customer data to business strategy, developing actionable customer segmentation and regional opportunity mapping.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our broader growth initiatives.
- Experience in analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data insights into revenue opportunities.
- Independent thinker who can provide objective analysis across competing team priorities.
