Sales Specialist

The Role
Working in an intimate team of 7 and reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering consistency in sales and a high standard of member service. On a day to day basis you will:

Manage leads through all inbound and outbound channels
Answer enquiries related to company products and policies
Meet expectations of members and customers in a fast-paced environment
Be knowledgeable and remain up to date with information related to product and company policies
Work towards achieving sales, renewal and retention rates
Comply with all legislation and internal policy requirements, recording all correspondence as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a phone-based environment
Exposure to the insurance sector is preferred
Strong and clear communication skills both verbal and written
A high attention to detail
The pride to deliver consistency in superior service and the hunger to strive for strong sales performance
