Sales Specialist
The Role
Working in an intimate team of 7 and reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering consistency in sales and a high standard of member service. On a day to day basis you will:
- Manage leads through all inbound and outbound channels
- Answer enquiries related to company products and policies
- Meet expectations of members and customers in a fast-paced environment
- Be knowledgeable and remain up to date with information related to product and company policies
- Work towards achieving sales, renewal and retention rates
- Comply with all legislation and internal policy requirements, recording all correspondence as required
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a phone-based environment
- Exposure to the insurance sector is preferred
- Strong and clear communication skills both verbal and written
- A high attention to detail
