Spare Parts Administrator
We are looking for a detail oriented and customer focused individual to support our Service Parts and Warranty team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate information is provided to both our Authorised Service Centres and customers. This includes the correct provision of spare parts, managing no charge part requests and processing all warranty claims and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Involving both warranty and spare parts functions, your tasks will include
- Invoicing for payments
- Processing direct payment warranty claims
- Posting warranty claims bi monthly
- Submitting approval requests
- Compiling monthly warranty reports
- Allocating parts stock
- Managing order changes and cancellations
- Handling outbound delivery requests
- Responding to email queries from internal and external customers
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
