Talent Advisor

Talent Advisor – Part Time (2–3 Days per Week)
Location: Whangārei
Role: Talent advisor
Start date Early September to November

We are looking for a motivated and approachable Talent Advisor to join our client’s Whangārei office on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This is a newly created role where you will play an important part in helping recruit for six new positions within the business.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

Advertising roles and keeping track of applications
Phone screening candidates to assess suitability
Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers
Checking working rights and qualifications to ensure compliance
Reporting directly to the on-site Business Support Manager

Mōu | About you

Previous experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Able to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders
Detail-focused with a practical approach
Available to work 2–3 days per week on-site in Whangārei
