Temporary Office Manager / HR Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager & HR Assistant to join a product design and manufacturing business team on a temporary basis. This role is initially for 6–8 weeks, with the possibility of being extended.
This role is based 5 days per week in the office and is based in Hammersmith.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring smooth operations
- Provide administrative support across the business
- Assist with recruitment, including coordinating adverts, applications, and interview scheduling
- Support the HR function with onboarding and employee queries
- Help streamline processes and maintain accurate records
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in office management and/or HR support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
- A hands-on, flexible, and professional approach
