Take some time to share and communicate what’s unique about your business. Simply reading out your mission statement isn’t going to cut it! The best talent want to know what it’s like to work in your business, who are the people they’re working alongside and what type of culture they’d be stepping into. Be genuine, give examples and open the floor for questions to give job seekers the opportunity to connect with you and your business.
