Aalia joined people2people's Sydney-based office in October 2018 as a Candidate Manager for the temporary accounting team. Since then, Aalia has established great candidate relationships and has taken that knowledge into the temporary specialist team, where she prides herself on continuing to build strong candidate relationships. In 2023, Aalia relocated to people2people's London office, gaining international experience before returning to Sydney in 2025.
