Meet Clive Horne

Clive is a Principal Consultant at Frog Recruitment, an accredited All-of-Government recruitment service provider, bringing more than 25 years of experience across recruitment and executive search.

Throughout his career, Clive has partnered with organisations across New Zealand and internationally, supporting both public and private sector recruitment needs. His experience includes leading Frog Recruitment’s permanent recruitment team in Wellington, with a particular focus on public sector appointments across policy, management and related specialist areas.

With extensive knowledge of the recruitment market and a strong understanding of complex hiring requirements, Clive works closely with clients to identify the right talent and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. He is particularly passionate about connecting people with opportunities where they can make a meaningful impact.
