Meet Jayden Soldati

Upon completing a career spanning over 12 years in the Australian Defence Force, Jayden has built a strong foundation in recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and workforce strategy across complex, high-pressure environments as a Captain in the Australian Regular Army.

Jayden transitioned into the recruitment industry with people2people in 2026, where he specialises within the Accounting, Finance & Technology market, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver tailored permanent and temporary recruitment solutions. He brings a commercial, relationship-led approach focused on understanding business needs, identifying high-quality talent, and delivering outcomes in competitive markets.

Prior to this, Jayden worked as a Senior Military Recruitment Officer with ADF Careers, managing high-volume candidate pipelines across Victoria and Tasmania — prospecting, engaging, and converting talent through consistent outbound activity and consultative engagement. He developed strong capability in influencing decision-making, overcoming objections, and securing commitment within a target-driven environment.

Throughout his career, Jayden has held diverse roles across Australia spanning recruitment, workforce design, operational leadership, instruction, and technical environments. This breadth enables him to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and confidently operate in complex, technical settings, translating information into clear, relevant outcomes for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Jayden enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle with a strong focus on fitness, as well as golf, reading, and unwinding with a good movie or combat sports.
