About Kate

Kate joined people2people in February 2026 as a Temporary and Contract Consultant, bringing with her an international perspective and a strong foundation in people-focused roles. Originally from the UK, she relocated to Perth, Western Australia in 2025 to begin a new chapter, following the completion of her law degree at the University of Manchester.

Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Kate worked within the Income Generation sector of the UK’s leading child protection charity, NSPCC. In this role, she developed valuable experience in client-facing environments, building relationships and working closely with individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Now operating in a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruitment environment, Kate combines her professional background with a genuine passion for supporting candidates through career moves and partnering with clients to secure the right talent to move their businesses forward.
