Meet Katerina Tsavaris

Katerina joined people2people in Sydney in April 2026 as a Para Consultant, working closely with Lauren in the Temporary Business Support team. This marks an exciting new step in her recruitment career, backed by more than eight years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles. Her professionalism, drive and people focused approach are already clear strengths.

In her role, Katerina brings a strong ability to understand client needs, communicate with care and deliver tailored support. She is passionate about building meaningful, long-lasting relationships and recognises the importance of trust, consistency and communication when supporting both clients and candidates.
