Olivia Major began her career with a strong foundation in customer service before moving into recruitment, where she developed a passion for connecting talented people with the right opportunities. Originally from the UK, she relocated to Australia in November 2023 and brings experience recruiting STEM graduates, along with a genuine commitment to helping people grow in their careers.

Olivia holds a degree in Business and Events Management and is now based in Perth as an Associate Sourcing Consultant in Legal Support at people2people. She brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work and is passionate about building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Olivia enjoys recruitment because of the positive impact it can have when the right match is made. She is driven by the opportunity to support people in taking their next step and is excited to continue growing her career while delivering value across the Legal Support space.
